Association Thrive Software

 When you partner with JMS, we provide you with a wide range of complimentarytechnology solutions.    Our Association Management Software (AMS) “Thrive” has been designed for not-for-profit association’s members, membership cycle, registration and reporting and has been used for more than a decade to manage associations  Your team will have the ability to easily manage all of their events, rosters, tracking sponsors, badges and much more!  The software is also designed to streamline member transactions, dues payments and maintain historical data. 

You can also provide your members with a personalized “members-only” section of your website where they can participate more fully in your organization’s mission. 

Association Headquarters

JMS has a professional office to serve as your “home office/association headquarters” located at 3000 South Jamaica Court, Suite 145 in Aurora, Colorado.   We will provide a mailing address, phone, email and fax for your association’s correspondence.  We will install a dedicated telephone line that will be answered by our professional staff each business day on behalf of your association.  

Office Administration

JMS will manage the administrative affairs of your organization.  We will serve as your headquarters office, provide program event management, accounting management and administrative support.  We will be the contact point for your membership and board and will handle all of the operational aspects to include financial management, board & committee support and office presence.  We can also maintain your organizations physical storage of relevant information to include historical paperwork and financial records. 

Membership Management

JMS prides itself on our commitment to helping our clients strategize to grow membership and provide complete membership management. Our professional staff will respond to your members and prospective members and provide your organization with detailed reports. We will maintain the database and membership directory, follow up on membership requests and provide the processing for membership dues. We will partner with your membership committee to schedule meetings, provide minutes and support the member communications. We will also develop and execute recruitment campaigns, new member services and conduct new member orientations.

Event, Meeting Planning, Site Selection

JMS can help coordinate all of your meeting and conference logistics. We work closely with our clients and currently produce multiple successful events each month.  Whether you are planning a board meeting for 10 or a conference for 1000, we can assist with the details.  We can start with site selection and contract negotiation and our Thrive Software can handle all of your registration logistics.   We can also assist your team with conference budgeting and on-site coordination to include creating name badges, providing an efficient registration/check in process. 

Bookkeeping & Financial Services 

JMS provides financial bookkeeping and reporting for all clients.  We process revenue and expense items, reconcile statements and prepare, review and issue monthly statements of financial activity with your board delegate. We work closely with Treasurers and committees to establish budgets and monitor income and expenses as well as coordinate materials for tax preparation.  

Publications/Communications, Marketing & Design

JMS currently supports the production of many publications, including magazines, journals, member directories, event brochures, newsletters and weekly e-news blasts for our clients.   This support includes article coordination, ad sales, editing, layout and design.  We rely heavily on technology to improve efficiency and promote member engagement. We understand that websites are integral to association communication and we can assure that your website is properly and professionally maintained and the member database is current and accurate. 

Social Media / Website 

Our team will assist the Project Manager with strategy development on all social media platforms to include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. We will work with you to create a budget based around the technology strategies and we will review and assess the current technologies. Our IT support staff can provide technical support to your board. We will also work with your team and provide content inventory and migration recommendations when moving to a new platform. We understand that websites are integral to association communication and we can assure that your website is properly and professionally maintained.

Sponsor & Exhibitor Management

JMS can develop the sponsor contract, manage, track and coordinate your sponsors and conference exhibitors and work directly with you to develop campaigns to target potential exhibitors.  We can also be the direct conduit with the exhibitors to obtain logos, placement of ads and adhere to deadlines.  Our Thrive Software is designed to handle payment processing and reporting of sales transactions.  

Education & Program Content & Speaker Services

JMS will work with your board chair on developing the content for the educational programs at your events.  We can also be a resource to connect you with professional speakers and trainers to help make your event engaging and memorable.   

Webinar Assistance

JMS can help your team in generating additional revenue by managing the logistics of your organization’s webinars including speaker coordination, scheduling, registration, rehearsals, email campaigns and publicity.  We will also arrange payment (speaker and participant), apply CEC’s and send follow up surveys.  

Government Relations

JMS can advocate on behalf of your members to governmental audiences.  We have the connections to offer professional lobbying, monitoring of city and county issues as well as the capabilities to present bills to state legislature.

Board Facilitation

We will support your Board of Directors in development and strategic guidance.  Our team can participate in the planning and development of your board meetings and retreats; orientations; training, strategic development along with policies and procedures.  

Communications

JMS will work with the communications committee and chairs to schedule meetings, circulate agendas and follow up with detailed meeting minutes. We will work with the Executive Director and client’s legal counsel as needed.

Board Retreat Facilitation and Implementation  

We understand that you need to train and educate the leaders in your organization and keep them abreast of current industry trends and issues; however, this can be a time-consuming process. The JMS Team can help you from concept development to completion. You choose the topics and our team will develop the content, the marketing and provide the expert facilitators… all at a reasonable cost.  If you want to offer this program at a location off-site, we can coordinate all of your meeting logistics.  

Duration:   Will be established depending on topic – 1.5 hours to 2 days
